You can cancel or reschedule online at least 12 hours before your appointment. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a 0% fee plus the deposit. There is a 10-minute grace period, but after 11 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. If the provider(Alexus) cancels, you will receive a full deposit refund. The policy emphasizes respecting the provider’s and other clients’ time.
